The Third Annual SEIRD (School Effectiveness and Improvement through Research and Development) Meeting Held at TED University’s School of English Language
The third annual SEIRD (School Effectiveness and Improvement through Research and Development) meeting took place at TED University’s School of English Language from December 5–7. The workshop, conducted by Dr. Deniz Kurtoğlu Eken and supported by Oxford University Press, brought together 26 administrators from 18 different universities.
The workshop focused on enhancing the effectiveness of Preparatory Schools in universities by addressing key topics such as institutional culture and ethics, increasing instructor motivation, classroom observations for research and development, communication with students, instructors, and parents, conflict management, and performance evaluation.
