ENGLISH LANGUAGE SCHOOL SUMMER SCHOOL APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS and FEES

2024-2025 Academic Year at English Language School

a) To ensure the continuity of public education and training services provided by the University,

b) In order to eliminate the irregularities in the academic programs of the students, Summer School is planned between 30 July - 13 August in order to enable the students to take the courses at the level they failed or could not attend in the previous modules and also to take the courses of the level they will study at the beginning of the following semester in advance.

In order to open a class at a level in the Summer School, at least 15 students must register for that level. At the end of the registrations, the courses that do not reach the required number of students for the opening of the course will not be opened and the fees paid will be refunded.

The time spent in summer education is not counted from the education period. Summer education is a continuation of the academic year. Students register for these courses during the summer education registration period. Late registration is not allowed. The fees paid by students who do not attend the course are not refundable.

Students who wish to continue summer education must pay the fee to be determined by the Board of Trustees during registration. Courses in summer education are offered in line with the demands as conditions permit.

At all levels, weekly course hours consist of 20 hours in-class + 5 hours of student online individual study.

• Midterm and final evaluation exams at all levels will be held face to face on the TED University campus,

The Summer School English Proficiency Exam (EPE), which upper-intermediate level students will take if they meet the conditions, will be held face-to-face at the TED University campus. There is no make-up.

 Tuition fees

• 27,500 TL for English Preparatory School (including VAT)

• English Preparatory School, 710 USD for international students (including VAT)

• 2024-2025 ELS SUMMER SCHOOL FEE

• Students will make payments regardless of the type of scholarship they are registered with at the university.

 The current VAT rate applied to Education Fees is 10%. VAT rate changes that may occur in the legislation will be reflected in the fees.
