12 October 2026 English Proficiency Exam Announcement
Dear Students,
The English Proficiency Exam (EPE) will be held face-to-face on Monday, 12 October 2026. All sections of the exam will take place on the same day in the same room (B 171).
The list is sorted alphabetically by surname. You can find your details using the first letters of your name and surname.

Exam Schedule
- Listening & Reading: Be in the exam room no later than 09:40.
- Writing: Be in the exam room no later than 12:15.
- Speaking: Wait outside the exam room 5 minutes before your assigned time. Please do not arrive too early to avoid crowding. Students who are more than 2 minutes late will not be admitted. Each student will be assessed by two assessors.
Important Reminders
- You must bring your TEDU card or another photo ID (national ID card, driver's licence, e-Devlet document or passport) to every session. Students who cannot present ID will not be admitted.
- Only a pencil, eraser, pencil sharpener, water and tissues are allowed on your desk. Optical forms must be filled in with a pencil.
- Electronic devices must be switched off and handed to the invigilators before the exam. Please do not bring laptops, tablets or headphones into the exam room.
- Students arriving late will not be admitted while the Listening section is in progress. After the first 45 minutes, once Listening has finished, you may join the rest of the exam by completing and signing a Late Arrival Form. Students who are more than 45 minutes late will not be admitted.
- Students arriving late for the Writing section will not be admitted.
- There is no make-up for the English Proficiency Exam.
Results and Appeals
Results will be announced on the ELS website on [DATE/TIME]. Appeals will be accepted on [APPEAL DATES]. Instructors will not answer questions about results before they are announced.
