Dear Students,
It has become necessary to make certain updates regarding the education processes for the Spring Semester of the Academic Year 2022/2023 within the scope of the issues announced at the meeting held by the Council of Higher Education on February 18, 2023.
English Language School preparatory program classes will start on 27.02.2023. All classes will be taught online through Zoom at the designated time and day. Weekly schedules of each level, classroom/student lists and book lists will be announced on the English Language School website in the following days.
Students who would like to purchase their books can visit the bookstore on our campus. Students who are not in Ankara can purchase their books online from www.teddukkan.com.tr. (www.teddukkan.com.tr – TED Okul Kitapları – TED Üniversitesi). The books will be sent to the specified addresses after purchase. You will need to enter a code (Okul Kodu) to be able to buy the books. This code will be shared with you later. International students who are not in Turkey can contact English Language School for support since the bookstore will not be able to send the books abroad.
The zoom links for your classes will be available in your level’s LMS page. Students are required to connect to the Zoom sessions with their cameras turned on. Attendance will be taken through Zoom and will be available for you to check on LMS. Students are still required to attend at least %85 of the classes in the module/semester.
According to the announcement of the Council of Higher Education, online education is expected to continue until April and the process will be re-evaluated then. In this sense, there will be no examinations in English Language School until April.
Further details will be shared with you by your instructors on the first day of classes.
