About 26 September EPL & 27 September EPE
Dear Students,
You can access the results of the 26.09.2024 English Placement Exam (EPL) from the link below. The students who see "Elementary", "Pre-Intermediate" or " Intermediate" next to their names have been placed in the specified level in English Language School for 2024-2025 Academic Year. These students will not take the English Proficiency Exam (EPE) on 27.09.2024. The students who see "İYS / EPE" explanation next to their names will take the English Proficiency Exam (EPE) on 27.09.2024.
Students who will have EPE on 27.09.2024 face-to-face should be in the allocated classrooms. Please check the list for your EPE classrooms. Students are required to read the procedures for all sections of the exam:
PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT ALL SECTIONS OF THE EXAM WILL BE FACE TO FACE AND YOUR CLASS NUMBER MAY BE DIFFERENT FOR THE SPEAKING PART OF THE EXAM.
Below is the flow of the exam:
- 27.09.2024: There will be three sessions on Friday.
SESSION 1: Reading & Listening (The exam starts at 09:30. Please be in your classrooms 30 minutes earlier.)
SESSION 2: Writing (starts at 11:40)
SESSION 3: Speaking: (starts at 13:00) 7 mins approx. including exam preparation and speaking time (students are expected to be present in their exam rooms at their allocated times stated on the student list and they must be in their exam venue 5 minutes earlier than their time slot).
REMINDERS:
- Check your name on the student lists attached for the sessions that you are going to take the exam.
- LATECOMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED to take the exam.
- The exam grades will only be shared with you on TEDU Portal on 30.09.2024. The results for non-registered students will be published on TEDU ELS Announcements web page. Please do not contact your class instructors or ELS secretary for your exam grade-related questions. Such questions WILL NOT BE ANSWERED in the meantime.
