English Proficiency Exam (İYS) Summer Course Applications Now Open

Dear Students,

An EPE Summer Course will be organized between 10 and 28 August 2026 for our students who wish to prepare for the English Proficiency Exam (İYS), which will be held on 8-9 September 2026.

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS TO ATTEND THE COURSE

Students who wish to attend the EPE Summer Course must complete their applications by 30 July 2026 at the latest.
The application fee must be paid to the Financial Affairs Office by 30 July 2026 at the latest. Office: A019
Applications will be received via e-mail at els@tedu.edu.tr. The payment receipt/proof of payment must be scanned and attached to the e-mail. The course schedule and classrooms will be announced on the web page.

COURSE PROGRAM

Classes will be held 4 days a week (Monday–Thursday).
The daily course duration is 4 hours.
The total weekly course duration is 16 hours.
The course duration is 3 weeks, and a total of 48 hours of instruction will be delivered.
Within the scope of the program, the aim is to improve students’ academic language skills for the Proficiency Exam.

STUDENTS WHO CAN ATTEND THE COURSE

The student groups listed below will be able to attend the course:

Upper Success group students
Upper Extended group students
Upper Short group students
Students who successfully complete the Intermediate level at the end of the term and gain the right to take the Proficiency Exam directly in September
Students who have completed two academic years in the TED University English Preparatory Program and whose registration has been terminated

COURSE FEE

Total fee including VAT: 16,500 TL
Course fee for international students: 370 USD

PLEASE NOTE: NO additional English Proficiency Exam (İYS) will be held at the end of the course.

The İYS will be held on 8-9 September 2026.
