Hazırlık Programı’na Öğrenci Affı ile Başvuran Öğrencilerin Dikkatine
Under Provisional Article 85, added to Higher Education Law No. 2547 by Law No. 7592, which entered into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette on 9 August 2026, individuals whose enrollment at a higher education institution was terminated, as well as those who were placed in a higher education program but were unable to register, have been granted the opportunity to return to higher education.
Those wishing to benefit from this regulation may apply, by 9 December 2026, to the higher education institution from which they were dismissed or at which they had previously gained the right to enroll. Students whose applications are accepted will be able to resume their studies in the 2026–2027 Academic Year.
Students admitted to the English Language School Preparatory Program under the student amnesty will be exempt from the Preparatory Program courses provided that they take one of the national or international examinations specified at the link below and meet the relevant exemption criteria:
