October 21, 2025 EPE Exam

Dear Students,

You are going to have English Proficiency Exam (EPE) on 21.10.2025 (Tuesday) face-to-face in B341. Please check the list for your EPE classroom. Students are required to read the procedures for all sections of the exam:

PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT ALL THE SECTIONS OF THE EXAM WILL BE FACE TO FACE.

Below is the flow of the exam: 

THE WHOLE EXAM WILL BE CONDUCTED ON 21.10.2025 and CONSISTS OF 3 SESSIONS

SESSION 1: Listening & Reading Part (starts at 09.35 in B341. Please be in your classrooms 15 minutes earlier at the latest.)

 BREAK

SESSION 2: Writing Part (starts at 12.25 in B341)

SESSION 3:  Speaking Exam (starts at 14.30 in B341) 

Approximately 7 minutes are allocated for each student including exam preparation and speaking time (students are expected to be present in their exam rooms at their allocated times stated on the student list and they must be in their exam venue 5 minutes earlier than their time slot).

REMINDERS:
Check your name on the student lists attached for the sessions that you are going to take the exam. 
LATECOMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED to take the exam. 
Results regarding whether students pass or fail will be announced in the Announcements section on TEDU ELS website 23.10.2025.  Please do NOT contact your instructors or ELS secretary for your exam results-related questions. Such questions WILL NOT BE ANSWERED in the meantime.
