Regarding students who did not take the English Placement Exam (EPL) and English Proficiency Exam (EPE)
English Placement Exam (EPL) for students who did not / could not take the EPL on 10.09.2021 will take place on 27.09.2021. The exam will be conducted face to face on TEDU campus. The results of the EPL will be announced on the same day and students who receive a satisfactory grade will take English Proficiency Exam on 28.09.2021. EPE will be conducted face to face on TEDU campus and will start at 09:30 and continue throughout the day.
The results of the EPE will be announced by the end of the day. Students who are succeed in EPE will be exempt from ELS and continue their education in their faculties. These students need to follow the course registration calendar of their respected faculties.
The student/classroom lists for EPL will be announced later. Please note that it is of utmost importance for students to take the EPL in order to be placed in a level that best suits their needs and maximizes their learning potential. Students who are on the EPL lists but does not take the EPL will be placed in D Level. Students who are placed in D Level, C Level or B Level need to attend classes as of 28.09.2021. These students will be marked absent for the classes they do not attend after this date. The section/classroom information for these students will be announced later.
The students who have the right to take the EPE according to the their EPL result but do not take the EPE or the students who do not meet the success requirements of EPE will be placed in A Level. These students need to attend classes as of 29.09.2021. They will be marked absent for the classes they do not attend after this date. The section/classroom information for these students will be announced later.
