TED University English Language School (ELS) instructors came together on June 19 at Ahmet Ersan Conference Hall for an end-of-year gathering marking the conclusion of the 2025–2026 academic year.

The event began with an interactive strategy game facilitated by ELS Director Müge Ayşe Gencer, providing instructors with an opportunity to collaborate and engage in a team-based activity. This was followed by a presentation reviewing the academic year's achievements and outcomes. The ELS Director shared key institutional data, reflected on the year's accomplishments, and expressed appreciation for the dedication and contributions of all instructors.

The Professional Development Unit (PDU), represented by Renan Güney and Didem Sultan Demirman, presented an overview of the unit’s activities throughout the academic year, highlighting both institutional and individual professional development initiatives. The session also included a feedback component, during which instructors shared their reflections on the year's activities and provided suggestions regarding future professional development needs.

As part of the program, certificates were presented to instructors who successfully completed their first year at TEDU ELS and participated in the year-long observation and mentoring process.

The gathering concluded with reflections on the achievements of the 2025–2026 academic year and discussions regarding future goals and professional development opportunities.
