TEDU ELS Induction Program Welcomes Instructors to the 2026–2027 Academic Year

TED University English Language School (TEDU ELS) welcomed its instructors to the 2026–2027 academic year with a three-day Induction Program designed to support a strong and well-informed start to the new academic year.

The program began with an opening address by Acting Rector Prof. Dr. Levent Akdeniz, followed by a welcome speech by ELS Director Müge Ayşe Gencer. It featured sessions on the organizational structure of TEDU ELS, curriculum, assessment, teaching practices, TEDU LMS, and professional development opportunities.

Prepared and coordinated by TEDU ELS Professional Development Unit (PDU) members Renan Güney, Didem Sultan Demirman, and Meriç Bulca, the program brought instructors together for academic orientation, practical guidance, hands-on activities, and collegial exchange. Special sessions were also organized for newly appointed instructors to support their transition into the TEDU ELS community.

The Induction Program reflects TEDU ELS’s commitment to supporting instructors’ professional development and fostering a collaborative and connected academic environment.
