We Participated in the FLE Conference Held at Çankaya University

We participated in the "7th FLE Joint Conference: Unity in Diversity," held on June 12, 2026, hosted by Çankaya University.
Our colleague Nermin Boğaz, who represented our institution, addressed the transformative impact of generative artificial intelligence on English language teaching in her presentation titled "The Evolution of Artificial Intelligence in Language Education: Historical Process, Current Practices, and Future Directions." The presentation pointed out that current research in the field is overly focused on quantitative data, and emphasized the need for qualitative research into students' language anxiety and cognitive processes.
