Dear Students,
You are going to have EPE on 17.01.2022 Monday face-to-face and you are going to take EPE Speaking part (online) at your allocated times on 18.01.2022 Tuesday. Please check the list for your EPE sections on Monday and time allocations for Tuesday. Students are required to read the procedures for both days:

PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THE SPEAKING SECTION OF THE EXAM WILL BE ON ZOOM AND YOUR SESSION NUMBER ON MONDAY IS DIFFERENT FOR THE SPEAKING PART OF THE EXAM ON TUESDAY AND YOU HAVE TO BE IN YOUR ZOOM SESSION ONLY AT THE ALLOCATED TIME FOR THE SPEAKING EXAM. IT MEANS THAT THE STUDENTS WILL SPEND ONLY 10 MINUTES FOR THE SPEAKING EXAM ON TUESDAY. YOU CAN FIND YOUR ZOOM ID FOR THE SPEAKING SESSION (18.01.2022) IN THE DOCUMENT ATTACHED.
Students who do not wait in the waiting room of the designated sections WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to take the exam. Please check the student list carefully and note down your sections for both days along with your time allocations to take the speaking exam.
In order not to cause any delay during the exam, you are expected to make necessary arrangements beforehand for all seatings on Monday and the online speaking exam on Tuesday.
Below is the flow of the exam:
- 17.01.2022: There will be two sessions on Monday
SESSION 1: Reading & Listening (starts at 09:30)
LUNCH BREAK
SESSION 2: Writing (starts at 13:30)
- 18.01.2022: There will be one Zoom session on Tuesday
SESSION 3: Speaking: 10 mins approx. (students are expected to be present in their exam rooms at their allocated times stated on the student list)
REMINDERS:
- LATECOMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED to take the exam.
- When you connect to your Zoom session, you will be waiting in the waiting room and your host will let you in shortly. Please wait patiently. However, if you cannot connect your Zoom session for the speaking part, please contact 312 585 01 26 or e-mail els@tedu.edu.tr or connect Help session (Zoom ID: 786-070-3207).
- The exam grades will only be shared with you on TEDU Portal not any earlier than JANUARY, 24th. The results for Master, dismissed and newly registered international students will be published on TEDU ELS Announcements web page. Please do not contact your class instructors for your exam grade-related questions. Such questions WILL NOT BE ANSWERED in the meantime.
